When Julian Nettlefold was called by Peter Stork, his son’s step-father, on August 28th at 2.15, to be told that his son Harry’s car had been found at Beachy Head on August 27th 2011, it was the start of a nightmare for Julian which involved abuse, threats of being Sectioned (7 times), attempted murder and harassment by various parties involved including Sussex Police and the Eastbourne Coroner.
The very name ‘Beachy Head,’ immediately conjures up suicide, that was the intent to Peter Stork’s call on that day which changed Julian’s life forever.
Given the history of abuse which Harry had suffered at his mother’s hands throughout his life, as Julian had, Julian stood back from the situation that day and, as he had been taught by mental health professionals over the years, did not indulge in a dialogue with his ex-wife on the subject. In addition, the NLP treatment given by Dr Mackinnon had disarmed his ex-wife provocations to lure Julian to respond in a manner which suited her and her husband Peter Stork.
Julian rang one of those professionals who had known his and Harry’s case since the start and he advised, “Just sit back, bite your lip and you will fund things you had no idea about.”
Was he right! Julian called a private detective agency who called back in five minutes to tell him that there was a paedophile ring in the Rye area. This revelation confirmed all Julian’s fears and misgivings about events leading up to Harry’s death. He called Sussex Police with this information hoping it would aid the investigation. The opposite occurred and he was subject to abuse from Sussex Police in the forms of verbal abuse over the phone and other bizarre incidents which led to his email being cut off. Sussex Police has never apologised for their gross behaviour to a bereaved father, a point noted by the Met Police when Julian sought help from them to stop the abuse.
The abuse culminated in an email invitation from Sussex Police to ‘Join them at Beachy Head, come by train and we’ll show you where your son jumped.’
Julian turned them down flat and at the Inquest the policeman concerned asked if he thought they were trying to kill him,
“Yes.” was Julian’s reply.
Julian was later called by the local MP’s office to be told that, to their knowledge, he was the only person ever to have challenged a death at Beachy Head,
Given his journalistic training Julian started investigating the whole process of deaths at Beachy Head and discovered:
- The number of deaths is about 100 a year.
- Under an FoI Request reply, Eastbourne Council had no idea as to exact numbers or the sex and age of the victims, as many of them float out to sea after jumping.
- An Inquest will not be required if both parents agree to suicide. No doubt this was part of the Stork’s plan?
- Victim’s photos are not published as it encourages others.
- Bodies are kept for 3 months in the mortuary and if unclaimed, cremated. So, if your child is dead at Beachy Head and found naked, there is no way of the parents knowing the body is there. So, how many ‘suicides,’ are murders?
Julian was also met by a wall of deceit from the Coroner Alan Craze and his clerk Karen Brown. They ignored key evidence and tried to hold the Inquest without him. When they did there were armed Police at the Inquest. Julian complained to the Ministry of Justice twelve times as about Alan Craze’s behaviour. They did nothing and allowed him to abuse Julian at will.
Ten years on, having proved that Harry was nowhere near Beachy Head that night and probably murdered in London, Julian has been met with a wall of silence from the Police, Authorities, MPs and more importantly, the Attorney General who has been sitting on his Appeal for over two years.
Has the Government put a system in place by to speed up Inquests at Beachy Head, which has been exploited by organised crime and paedophile rings?
That may explain the silence, as if Julian wins his Appeal, this may open the floodgates for other deaths at Beachy Head.
Harry was cremated without Julian’s knowledge, before the body was ID as suggested by a High Court Judge, which is a crime. He has no idea where his son is buried.
