Putting Children First

GO IT DAVE AND NICK – HIT FATHERS FOR SIX AND KILL THEM FOREVER!

11 Sep 11. It is incredulous that David Cameron and Nick Clegg now see that absent fathers will be responsible for their children! They make no statement of the fact that the greater percentage of these fathers are stopped from seeing or involving with their children from the time of the divorce. Not one mother had been gaoled for denying access under a Court Order.

We see then that fathers who are violent are to be excluded from his arrangement. Many of these fathers, like myself, were subject to false allegations of violence and ousted. No violent mothers are being excluded? Why?

The tragic death of my son in suspicious circumstances whilst staying with his mother and step-father should have rung alarm bells with the profession. But, no, not one Minister or lawyer involved in Harry’s case has offered condolences. The outcome of the Inquest is awaited but in my belief it will show that children left with mothers with known medical conditions routinely covered up by the Courts who are violent, dysfunctional or have Personality Disorders as indicated in my ex-wife are far more likely to be unruly or commit crimes than staying with their fathers.

The Shannon Mathews case showed this, she asked to live with her father but it was refused and she was abused. Harry asked to live with me when he was 8 in a Statement of Abuse about his mother and step-father to East Lothian Police, which was ignored. That crass error by the Authorities cost him his life. His mother had positive EEG scans which were taken after she had beaten Harry and I up when we were still married, I had hoped she would get treatment, she threw me out instead, using the allowance made by law that a victim can allege violence, in fact Harry and I were the victims. This process was outlawed by Lord Scarman in 1998, under Richard Vs Richard, but lawyers just ignored it and 100,000 fathers were removed from their homes up to 1992 in our estimate under the draconian Family Homes and Domestic Violence Act. These EEGs caused her violence and erratic behaviour and were not shown to the Court to the astonishment of the doctor who took them as he stated in 2005, scans don’t lie!

Harry Nettlefold did not commit suicide as his mother and step-father have stated to numerous people. Not only that, the State gave them the tools to carry out their abuse at will unhindered.
