06 Apr 21. The Introduction of No Fault Divorce takes the divorce laws back thirty years to the Family Homes and Domestic Violence Act of 1985 which allowed spouses to make false allegations about domestic violence to allow divorce.
No Fault Divorce will have the same effect in that it will allow violent and abusive partners to gain divorce, retain their children, abuse them at will and then go on to seek a new partner to abuse.What No Fault Divorce does is to reduce the ability of clients to sue lawyers for negligence given the fact that a great deal of fact about the actual cause of divorce remains hidden from the Court to allow the mother to retain custody of the children and the family home sold to pay the divorce fees.
Medical issues such as cancer, alcoholism and depression are a huge cause of divorce, if these causes are let unheard by the Court the statistics will fail to reach the NHS.
“I have firsthand experience of this,” said Julian Nettlefold of the Family Practice Press, “My ex-wife developed a brain tumour following the birth of my son. She became violent and abusive, attacking both myself and my young 3 month old son. She made false allegations against me and obtained custody because my lawyers deliberately left out all medical evidence to prove her condition which is extant. My on suffered from years of abuse and died accordingly. In an attempt to get the truth to the Court, I was stopped by lawyers using questionable legal mechanisms and last year had to pay £200,000 in costs, I was forced to sell my home after the lawyers took out an Order For sale to make me homeless and bankrupt during COVID, I was treated like any other Whistleblower. I must be the first man in British Legal History to pay legal costs to a lawyer who caused the death of my son. Apart from the tragic loss of my son, my total bill is £1.8 million and it ruined my life. I have written a book called Trial By Deceit which is soon to be published.”
